When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name (optional), area of interest, and any message you provide. We also collect a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address for rate limiting and security purposes.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, evaluate partnership opportunities, and send you updates about Tower 321 if you have opted in. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics platform that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. All analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit). IP addresses are hashed with SHA-256 before storage and cannot be reversed to identify you.
